Insert a Table of Contents

If you have written a book, instruction manual, dissertation or other literary work of art then you probably want to add a table of contents to the beginning of your document. Now you do not have to type in each of the chapters and match up page numbers, you can use headings you have applied to each chapter or section and get it to automatically create the table of contents for you.

The useful thing is that if you update the document or add a new heading then you can easily update the table of contents to update the headings and the page numbers.
